The H.E.A.R.T. Program is a secular, educational program of Family Enrichment Society (FES) which focuses on character formation of preteens and teens. It is a flexible, modular programme addressing the major issues of the adolescent years, including adolescent sexuality. Its unique strength is that the workshops for the youth are mirrored in complementary workshops for their parents so that both the adolescent and his or her parents can address the issues from a common perspective. It has 13 modules for teens and 9 for parents.

The FEP has been successfully run for tens of thousands of couples in Spain, Italy, United State of America, Brazil, Glasgow, Sweden, Mexico and Nigeria. It is one of the programs offered by the European Institute of Educational Science (EIES) and brought into Singapore by Family Enrichment Society (FES). The program is targeted at parents and educators handling children from birth to 12 years of age. It is designed to form parents as primary educators of their children. Its main objective is the personal improvement of children through the development of the will.

The International Federation for Family Development (IFFD) is a non-government, independent, and non-profit federation founded more than 30 years ago to work on promoting and supporting initiatives in favour of Marriage and the Family. Family enrichment courses of IFFD work more than 60 countries. IFFD offers courses designed to suit different stages of child development. IFFD is an NGO with General Consultative Status on the Economic and Social Committee (ESOSOC) of the United Nations. In Singapore, IFFD courses is operate under the umbrella of Family Enrichment Society (FES).
