Mark Lim, together with Monica, has seven children and has been involved in marriage and family life service for more than 30 years. He holds a Masters in Family Education.

He started his career in financial services before serving for more than 21 years at a leading IT MNC, mostly in regional roles of service support, customer satisfaction and quality management. He now divides his time between serving as a director in Rosebrook, managing a large family and on the board of Family Enrichment Society. He was also a board member of the Archdiocesan Commission for the Family. He has been involved in founding several organisations, both profit and non-profit, but all focussed on supporting families.
