About the Event

Featuring Gamaliel and Joanna. Opposites in demeanor, she passionately independent, he contemplative and peace-loving, they both failed their first-year anatomy examinations in medical school, sought refuge in the library and ran into each other.

​

Married now for 27 years with 6 children, and having to parent their various children through complex and challenging issues such as depression, social-anxiety and self-harm, they have aced their ongoing examinations in life and continue to welcome the beauty of each child, in their work with aLife, a secular charity that provides a holistic support system for women with unplanned pregnancies.

 

Hosted by Corrinne May, come and hear a story that embraces the beauty of life and the power of love.
